Fang Aiqing, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, said at the national on-site experience exchange conference on trade logistics recently that we should promote trade logistics, further study and issue logistics promotion policies, build a legal business environment, and give full play to the decisive role of the market in allocating resources.

Fangaiqing said that trade logistics should be promoted as the top priority of domestic trade and a breakthrough point for upgrading. We should start from the system, mechanism and business model, focus on the whole chain of production, circulation and consumption, plan and guide the development of joint distribution in cities, and solve the problem of terminal distribution efficiency. We should take pallet standardization as the starting point and "standard implementation" as the core to improve the standardization level of commercial logistics. We should take the logistics information platform as the carrier, improve the matching efficiency of logistics supply and demand, and solve the problems of low degree of organization and "small scattered and weak" logistics enterprises. We should take the integration of online and offline as a breakthrough, improve the efficiency of e-commerce logistics, promote the collaborative distribution of express companies, and promote the development of cold chain logistics.
